THE PROCESS AT TIME RECRUITMENT
We understand that your company will have unique requirements, and we would like to work closely with you to develop a strategic action plan in order to locate the best available candidates for your vacancy. A sample strategic plan is outlined below:
- The initial step is for us to get to know each other. The market in Australia is tighter than ever before, so you can be sure that your organisation will be vying for the same talent as your competitors. Allowing Time Recruitment to get to know your organisation will assist our consultants in representing your company and securing you the talent you need.
- Next, we will liaise with you to determine the requirements of the vacancy. You can either provide us with a job description or we will assist you in writing one, if required.
- Time Recruitment has an existing database of candidates of nearly 250,000 professionals that will be initially searched for any requirement. If necessary, a comprehensive advertising campaign will be conducted to locate the most suitable candidates in the market.
- Time Recruitment will receive all applications and conduct initial telephone screening, including assessing the candidate’s interest in the role, the company, and remuneration package.
- We will conduct one face-to-face interview with each candidate to qualify and seek commitment from the candidate before providing the employer with a shortlist of 2 to 3 skilled and relevant candidates.
- Detailed reference checks will be conducted on each candidate in accordance with the Privacy Act.
- Our consultants are fully trained and qualified to administrate psychometric tests if you wish to further assess the candidate. Full debriefing will be provided at your request.
- The final phases of the process are to arrange interviews with the candidate and yourself, and provide liaison until the candidate commences employment and beyond.
