CRM Data Analyst - Tier One Media Player - $40-50k

Our client is looking for a Data Analyst with experience working with and analysing a customer database in the online space. As part of your role, you will be taking information for the CRM/Customer Database and determining areas of growth opportunities and creating strategies to be able to achieve those opportunities. You will also need to ensure that the data integrity issues are addressed in a timely manner and ensure that the database is up to date with all users.
It is also essential that you have experience manually extracting data from an Excel spreadsheet to manage the customer database.
You must ensure the delivery of effective campaigns that will meet the sales and marketing strategies that are implemented, while being responsible for reporting the measurements of these campaigns and their effectiveness.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
- Experience working with customer database management
- Experience with CRMs
- Previous experience with business reporting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Ideally you will have sales and direct marketing skills.
