Team Leader - Technical Support Team - LEADING MEDIA PLAYER $$$
Our client is currently leading the way in the online media industry and have a fantastic role available within their sales support team. With a very exciting future with brand new products that are going to revolutionise the industry this is definitely a great opportunity for you to become a part of something HUGE.
As a team leader of the technical support team you will be responsible for leading a small but busy team of technical support staff to ensure that all matters are handled in an appropriate manner. You will need to have both customer service and technical skills to be successful at this role.
Part of your responsibilities include incident management, handling any escalated calls, as well as training and mentoring junior staff. On the technical side of things you will need to be actively involved in tracking, setting up and troubleshooting xml feeds.
To be successful for this role you must:
• Have the ability and experience to successfully lead a technical team
• Have a solid understanding of XML Feeds
• Have excellent communication skills
• Experience with website technology, preferably search engines.
Ideally you will have 5 years experience in a similar role with great references from past employers. You will be self motivated with a drive for success. You will be personable and have a passion for working in the technical support arena.
