As an SEM Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for setting up and processing campaigns in the platform. You will provide support for new and existing customers by monitoring multiple paid search engine advertising campaigns. You will also provide support to the sales team in entering search advertising campaigns, setting up landing pages and use of effective keywords. You will also be dealing directly with third party vendors.
To be successful for this SEM Technical Support Representative role you must have:
- Experience working with SEM campaigns
- A sound knowledge of HTML
- Excellent understanding and experience working with Excel
- Understanding of Search engine advertising and keywords
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
