Our client is looking for a best of breed Technical Support – Helpdesk Hero to provide technical direction and high quality technical support and solutions to their key clients and accounts, trouble shooting cases

As Technical Support - Helpdesk Hero you will be responsible for supporting your customers with A1 courteous and timely technical support as well as monitoring and updating your clients on their account status, you should also be able to foresee any technical issues before they arise to ensure your accounts are running smoothly at all times, as well as prevention your role will also involve troubleshooting and solving daily issues in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Essential Technical Support Selection Criteria to meet:

  • 3 years or so in an IT 3rd level helpdesk or client technical support role such as Development or Account Management.
  • Wide knowledge of IT operating systems
  • XML, HTML and JavaScript
  • Familiarity developing Web 2.0 applications
  • Understanding of Action Script and Flash.
  • Any formal IT technical Qualifications or Certificates will be highly regarded.


The right Technical Support candidate will need to be incredibly organised, articulate and have a good sense of humour with friendly interpersonal skills.
