The following is a sample list of behavioural-based questions for further preparation. You should be able to describe your answer to the interviewer in 3 parts: The event or situation, the actions you took, and the outcome that was a result of your actions. These questions are quite common in interviews and you should be prepared. One or more may be asked, and it is best to avoid referring to the same situations/instances repeatedly.

Describe some recent work related problems and the actions you took to resolve them.
- What were the problems?
- What did you do to resolve them?
- What was the outcome?
Please tell me about a time when a customer / client was not getting the service they deserved from your organisation.
- What was the issue?
- How did you respond?
- How did the customer / client react in the end?
