Our client is looking for a friendly and clever Web Tech Support/Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual who constantly goes above and beyond what is expected of them - we want the best of the best in talent, and mediocrity just won't cut it!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to enquiry emails
- Advise on relevant advertisements for websites
- Using a CMS system to assign queues
- Updating content
- Recognising and investigating counterfeit advertisements
You must have knowledge of or experience with HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, and any other coding skills such as Flash or Java are a plus. Experience with a ticketing system is also a plus.
We are looking for someone who has superb communication skills and who isn't scared of a challenge.
